need some help With PC

Alright..i got COD5 WAW
Itll instal and play sound...but no Video shows...im not really sure...i heard something like a Video Card needs to be better or something...if so..cant i download one off the Internet ? i think you can..and if so were ? i wanna play COD5 WAW..i like it..mostly the Nazi Zombies really...lol..still...any help would be much appreciated...any info i can say to help..just post

My comp is pretty good...has gotten 2 Memory Upgrades...so itll hold and play alot of things...
